The module "HRM" makes it possible to register information about employees or potential employees (graduates). HRM module integrates with CRM module so that you can assign candidates to the business cases and establish such reminders.

Basic information recorded for each candidate. You can search the graduates from the advanced search functionality, pulling reports form as CVs on the basis of candidate information.

Candidates may also appear in the lists, a functionality that is shared by all entiter in NeoCompleo. Here you have the opportunity to sort, group, select columns, upload your own lists and much more.
