Education
Courses as we know them
The traditional courses found in the course providers are courses with a duration over a continuous period of eg. 5 business days. Teaching in this way isn't very effective. It can be difficult to take a number of employees out of a busy day. In addition, the company loses money in the form of lost manpower and employees can ultimately reach to get accumulated a backlog of work for the days they have been trained
"Hands-on" education
Teaching is best done by "hands-on". One must work with the teaching, not only in a course situation where supported by the teacher but also in everyday life, where the real problems and issues arise. This is achieved not by a compressed courses over consecutive days.
Our Education
We have chosen to approach it in a different way. First, we offer onsite training, where we come out and teach as well as offering e-learning, where students themselves decide the time / place. Moreover, you have the opportunity to combine on-site instruction with e-learning.
In our on-site training divided teaching into smaller parts. Each part is placed after business hours and once a week (of eg 3-4 hours). In this way, the workday is not affected and students have the opportunity to work / discuss it taught untill the next lesson. At the next teaching session, the question is asked derhar proved the instructor. practical work with what you've learned.
